New Bootstock Form

Supagard form repository will soon expand to feature the new bootstock form. You will be able to fill it in after you're logged to your account in the Supagard 'POS Form' section. You already know that currently there's a red coloured menu with various options. When you're logged in it shows following options: Home, Forms Repository, Problems logging in?, Back to main website. New bootstock form will sit under Forms Repository so when you roll over this option you will see neat dropdown menu allowing you to choose which form you want to go in. It may be either well know POS Form or the new bootstock form.

We're planning to enable new form option on the beginning of august and we will keep you all updated.

Problems logging in?

If you're attempting to access POS Form from networked site (for example from work), you may find that you experience problems logging on because of the way you're accessing the Internet. If the system does not let you log on or stops whilst logging on this may be due to the version or settings of your browser not being compatible with the high level of security maintained by this system.

If you have problems logging in to your POS form page please be sure to double-check your settings.

Make sure you fill in the Problem Feedback Form below before you call. It's far more accurate and will help to identify your problem faster.

Non-standard software

Recently it occured some agents are using non-standard software for browsing the web which is usually offered by internet service providers, like BT browser. While there's nothing wrong in using your favourite software on a daily basis, using personalized, custom tools for logging in here reduces your chances to succeed. This service was designed assuming users will get in here using popular and standard tools like Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari etc. You can read more on that below in 'Browser' section.

Case sensitive

First of all make sure you're typing in your user details correctly. Pay attention to letters and digits and make sure you leave no spaces in both fields.
For example - "Username" differs from "username" or "username ". Also "Password215" is not the same thing as "password215", "Password215 " or "Password 215".

Browser

Pay attention to what browser are you using. If you're using Internet Explorer 6 or less you should upgrade to the latest Internet Explorer 7 using the link here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx

If this won't help the next step is to clear the cache. You can do it in Internet Explorer by choosing Tools/Clear Private Data.

Then try to log in.

If it won't help, try using Firefox, it's much more reliable and faster - you can download it here: http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/

Auto fill-in

Sometimes your custom settings in your browser may hold previous and old passwords and despite your best efforts they keep pasting it even when you're typing in the new one. To be sure  you're using new password make sure to clear your private data in browser as described above but this time make sure to select 'delete all'.

If you're still struggling fill in this short form below and it will be addressed by it manager as soon as possible. It will allow us to get to know your personal configuration and determine the source of problem.

"Can't get in" Form!

Your Name :: Your name will help to identify you.
